In a recent episode of the “Oh…You Didn’t Know” podcast, ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James and Ryan Katz sat down to answer fan questions about James’ time in TNA wrestling. The conversation, available on all podcast platforms, offers a unique insight into the life and career of the wrestling superstar.

One of the first questions tackled by James was about his decision to cut his dreadlocks. He explained that maintaining and braiding his hair was a painful and time-consuming process, leading him to let them go eventually.

Addressing rumors about his time in TNA, James denied that he and Billy were trying to leave TNA for WWE during the voodoo Kim Mafia storyline. He clarified that while they would have considered the move, they were contractually bound to TNA and were not in talks with WWE then.

When asked about his feud with Kip James (Billy), Road Dogg said he enjoyed the matches and the storyline. However, he was not interested in being the TNA champion at that point in his career. He also humorously mentioned that he had a winning record against Billy in a game they played called Shingles, claiming that Billy had never beaten him.
