As AEW continues to draw in a pool of exceptionally talented performers, some familiar faces from the WWE roster are now set to make their highly anticipated debuts on AEW Dynamite next week. The promotion has unveiled an exciting lineup of matches and segments for the upcoming episode, promising an action-packed show on the road to Double or Nothing on May 28th.

Among the notable additions to the AEW roster are AR Fox, Gran Metalik, and Blake Christian, who have recently formed a formidable team in both AEW and ROH. They caught the attention of fans with a memorable appearance at ROH Supercard of Honor, where they went head-to-head against The Embassy in a thrilling contest for the World Trios Championship.

Blake Christian, formerly known as Trey Baxter during his brief stint in WWE NXT, made a name for himself before his release in 2021. Since then, he has competed in Impact Wrestling, GCW, NJPW, and various independent circuits, showcasing his incredible skillset. Joining forces with AEW and ROH further solidifies his presence in the professional wrestling scene.

Gran Metalik, who enjoyed a successful run in WWE from 2016 to 2021, made a mark as part of the beloved Lucha House Party on both Raw and SmackDown, teaming up with Lince Dorado and Kalisto. After requesting his release, Metalik has continued to shine in NJPW, GCW, Impact Wrestling, and now finds himself ready to make his mark in AEW and ROH since joining the promotions in September.

The House of Black, led by Malakai Black (formerly known as Aleister Black in WWE), has been issuing open challenges for the AEW Trios Titles in recent weeks. Now, they are set to defend their titles against the formidable trio of Fox, Metalik, and Christian. Although Metalik and Christian have previously competed on AEW’s Dark and Dark Elevation shows, their debut on AEW Dynamite will undoubtedly elevate their exposure and excitement among the audience.

As the wrestling landscape continues to evolve, AEW remains a hotbed of opportunities for talented performers to showcase their skills and captivate fans worldwide. The debuts of these former WWE Superstars on AEW Dynamite next week are sure to add an extra layer of excitement to an already stacked roster, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the explosive action that awaits them in the ring.
