Shane McMahon made a highly-anticipated return to WWE at WrestleMania 39 but unfortunately suffered an apparent injury during his comeback. The injury occurred during a match in which he was teamed up with Snoop Dogg against The Miz. Earlier in the night, Miz and Snoop had revealed that the attendance for night two of WrestleMania was 81,395, bringing the total attendance for both nights to an impressive 161,892.
Despite the excitement surrounding Shane’s return, his injury cut the match short. After the bell rang, Shane suffered the apparent injury, leaving his future in question. In a surprising turn of events, Snoop took matters into his own hands, decking Miz and hitting him with a People’s Elbow to secure the win.
As of yet, there has been no official word on the extent of Shane’s injury or his condition. Nonetheless, fans will no doubt be eagerly awaiting updates on the situation and hoping for a speedy recovery for the beloved WWE superstar.
