Prior to the match, Bunny and Mysterio met backstage, with the legendary wrestler sharing some words of wisdom with the pop star.
The exchange, which was captured by WWE cameras, took place in Spanish. When Bunny mentioned his intention to “narrate something with the Spanish announcers,” Mysterio cautioned him about the Spanish announce table, which has a reputation for being frequently destroyed during matches. Bunny responded confidently, saying, “But I will take care of it. I will take care of it.”
Despite the potential danger, Bunny didn’t seem too worried about his involvement in the match. The Grammy-winning artist will be hosting WrestleMania Backlash on May 6th in Puerto Rico, and the event has already sold out. While Bunny has not yet been announced for a match at the event, Triple H has indicated that he only needs to “pick up the phone” if he wants to get back in the ring. It seems likely that WWE fans will see more of Bad Bunny’s wrestling skills in the near future.
