Recently, Ripley expressed her reaction to Buddy Matthews’ AEW Trios Title victory alongside his House of Black teammates at AEW Revolution.
During the AEW Revolution pay-per-view event, The House of Black and The Elite (consisting of Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) competed fiercely for the AEW World Trios Tag Team Championship. The match was filled with high-flying maneuvers and interference from Julia Hart, which added to the excitement. Despite a series of false finishes and remarkable displays of athleticism, Malaki Black and his team emerged victorious by ambushing Matt Jackson and securing the win with Brody King slamming Matt’s head into the mat.
Given her romantic involvement with Buddy Matthews for a few months, Rhea Ripley expressed her excitement over her partner’s triumph on Twitter in her distinct style.
Buddy Matthews also acknowledged a recent segment featuring Rhea Ripley on Friday Night Smackdown. It is yet to be revealed what plans AEW has for The House of Black’s AEW Trios Title reign, but her partner’s achievement overjoys Rhea Ripley.
