The latest episode of AEW Dynamite, aired on Wednesday night on TBS, saw a decrease in viewership with an average of 833,000 viewers, a 19% drop from the previous week. This is the second-lowest audience total for the show since November 16.
In the 18-49 demographic, Dynamite ranked third on the cable charts with a 0.27 rating, down 22.9% from the previous week. Two NBA games outperformed the show on ESPN for the night. This is also the second-lowest rating in the demo for Dynamite in 2023.
The decline in ratings was seen across all demographics, with the most significant drop of 43.8% among males aged 12-34. Those over 50 had the smallest drop of only 9.5%.
Compared to the same week in 2022, Dynamite’s viewership was down 13.8%, while the 18-49 rating was down 22.9%. This marks the 11th consecutive week the show has had a year-over-year decline in the crucial 18-49 demographic.
