Following the Vengeance Day premium live event on February 4, 2023, a prominent NXT star confronted Shawn Michaels. The WWE Hall of Famer has decided to address this roadblock head-on, once and for all.
In an announcement on Twitter on Tuesday, Michaels revealed that he had accepted Grayson Waller’s invitation to be a special guest at The Grayson Waller Effect at NXT Roadblock next week. It’s worth noting that Waller was recently removed from WWE NXT due to his actions on the show.
Last week, the arrogant Australian hijacked production on NXT to call out Shawn Michaels. Waller had previously stated that he was suspended from NXT for not kissing up to Michaels. With the two sets meeting face-to-face at NXT Roadblock, it’s safe to assume that Waller will do everything he can to coax the Heartbreak Kid out of retirement.
