During next week’s WWE SmackDown, fans can expect a highly anticipated face-off between Charlotte Flair, the current SmackDown Women’s Champion, and Rhea Ripley, the 2023 Royal Rumble winner and Flair’s opponent at WrestleMania 39. This segment was announced during the most recent SmackDown episode. Ripley is also scheduled for tag team action at Saturday’s Elimination Chamber event alongside Finn Balor as they take on Beth Phoenix and Edge.
In addition to the Flair and Ripley showdown, Bray Wyatt will host the Firefly Funhouse on next week’s episode. During this week’s SmackDown, Wyatt warned the winner of the upcoming Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley match.
Fans can also look forward to a singles match between Rey Mysterio and Karrion Kross on the February 24 SmackDown. Mysterio and Kross previously faced off on the January 27 SmackDown, with Mysterio emerging victorious. Both wrestlers were involved in a four-way number one contender’s match on the February 10 SmackDown, which saw Madcap Moss defeat Mysterio to earn a shot at Gunther on this week’s show.
