Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens to host historic pay-per-view
Summary
– Double or Nothing 2026 scheduled for May 24
– Event to take place at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens
– First AEW pay-per-view held inside New York City’s five boroughs
All Elite Wrestling is bringing one of its biggest events to New York City for the first time.
Double or Nothing 2026 is set for May 24 at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York. The venue, which seats more than 14,000 fans, is located within the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and has long been associated with major tennis events. This marks the first time AEW has staged a flagship pay-per-view inside the five boroughs of NYC.
AEW has previously held shows across the greater New York area, including stops at Nassau Coliseum, UBS Arena, and Prudential Center, as well as several Grand Slam events at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Despite those appearances, a major pay-per-view event had never taken place in New York City until now.
Double or Nothing has traditionally been tied to Las Vegas since the company’s launch. Moving the event to Queens represents a significant geographic shift for one of AEW’s tent-pole shows and signals continued expansion into major markets.
Tickets go on sale March 9 at 10 a.m., with presales beginning the week of March 2 through AEWTix.com and Ticketmaster. May 24 now stands as a landmark date as Double or Nothing officially heads to New York City.
