Bobby Lashley has been making waves in the WWE since his return in 2018, and now he’s set his sights on SmackDown’s reigning Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. After being drafted to SmackDown during the WWE Draft, Lashley took to social media to issue a warning to The Tribal Chief.
As a two-time WWE Champion, Lashley’s recent run with the company has been his most successful yet, with the WWE fully utilizing his talent and dominance. This week’s Friday Night SmackDown saw Night 1 of the WWE Draft take place, with Lashley being drafted to the blue brand in Round 3.
Taking to Twitter after his return to SmackDown after over 15 years, Lashley sent a message to Reigns, making it clear that he has the Universal Champion in his sights. “It’s been a minute #SmackDown!! 🎯 @WWERomanReigns 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾,” he tweeted.
Lashley and Reigns have a history, having feuded back in 2018 during a very different time in both of their careers. As Lashley gears up for his return to SmackDown, fans will be eagerly anticipating a potential showdown between these two WWE powerhouses.
