On the February 9th episode of Impact Wrestling, former WWE wrestler Persia Pirotta faced off against Grace, showing her strength in a challenging match against the resident powerhouse of Impact Wrestling. She made her first appearance under the new ring name “Steph De Lander” following her recent participation in the current round of television tapings held in Orlando, Florida.
Steph De Lander pledged to continue Jordynne Grace’s “decline from glory,” but things didn’t turn out as she had hoped. She caught Grace off guard with a powerful shoulder strike, followed by a headlock and a suplex. Despite her valiant efforts, De Lander was defeated by Jordynne Grace’s Grace Driver, resulting in a pinfall victory for Grace.
Steph De Lander’s debut on Impact Wrestling marks her first television appearance since her match against Indi Hartwell on WWE NXT in March 2022. Unfortunately, she was let go by WWE the following month due to budget cuts. After her release, she returned to the independent wrestling scene in both the United States and Australia, making notable appearances with Black Label Pro and Melbourne City Wrestling.
Steph De Lander suffered a minor injury that kept her out of action for several months. However, she returned to wrestling at the end of 2022 and is now ready to make her mark.
