Liv Morgan is officially set to make her return to televised in-ring action on the January 5 edition of WWE Raw.
Morgan will go one-on-one with Lyra Valkyria in a singles match, marking her first appearance in a TV bout in more than six months.
The former Women’s Champion has been sidelined since June 16, when she suffered a shoulder injury during a match against Kairi Sane. That injury forced her off WWE programming for the remainder of the summer and fall.
Morgan quietly returned to the ring on December 27 at a WWE live event, signaling that she had been medically cleared. The Raw match will be her first chance to compete in front of a national audience since the injury.
WWE has also announced several championship matches for the January 5 show, positioning Morgan’s return as part of a loaded episode of Raw heading into the new year.
