“When I got called up, I was nervous. I didn’t think people would know who I was,” Stratton admitted. But after her showing at Elimination Chamber and a strong run with the Money in the Bank briefcase, she’s earned her spot. “I didn’t expect to be champion my first year. That wasn’t on my bingo card.”
Stratton says the match with Charlotte is more than just another title defense—it’s personal. “She’s the reason I got into wrestling. She was my idol. This goes back way before the last six weeks.”
