Penta has big plans in WWE and already has a list of opponents he’s looking forward to stepping into the ring with.
Speaking with Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Penta named several wrestlers he hopes to face, including John Cena, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Finn Balor. He also wants rematches against CM Punk and Cody Rhodes after previously losing to them in AEW and on the independent scene.
“I have a lot of names, but my goal is to win everything in WWE,” Penta said. “John Cena, CM Punk, Cody, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu—these are the wrestlers I want to face. I’ve had one match with Punk, and he won. I need revenge. Same with Cody. But for me, a special dream match would be Penta vs. John Cena or Penta vs. Finn Balor.”
Van Vliet also mentioned Rey Mysterio and Bron Breakker as possible opponents, and Penta agreed they would be great matchups. With Breakker currently holding the Intercontinental Championship, WWE has already teased Penta as a possible challenger.
Penta made his mark at the Royal Rumble, entering first alongside Mysterio and lasting over 40 minutes before being eliminated by Balor. Since joining WWE last month, he has picked up key wins over Chad Gable, Pete Dunne, and Ludwig Kaiser, proving he’s ready to take on the company’s biggest names.
