The Luchador Vows Impartiality in Mysterio vs. Williams, Sets Sights on Austin Theory

In an exclusive interview on SmackDown, Dragon Lee, the high-flying luchador, opened up about his role as the special guest referee for the upcoming NXT North American Championship match between Dominik Mysterio and Trick Williams at NXT No Mercy. The match, which has garnered significant attention, will see Lee don the referee’s stripes, a responsibility he doesn’t take lightly.

Dragon Lee expressed his deep admiration for Rey Mysterio, acknowledging the impact of the legendary luchador on his own career. However, when it comes to officiating the match, Lee emphasized his commitment to remaining unbiased. “I have a lot of appreciation for Rey, but tomorrow I’m going to do my job. I’m going to be a special referee,” he stated.

The conversation then shifted to the altercation between Dragon Lee and Austin Theory during SmackDown. The two are set to clash next week, and Lee is more than ready to settle scores. Reflecting on the incident, Lee mentioned, “He tried to push me. Next week, I’m going to show the world and show him who Dragon Lee is.”

With a pivotal role at NXT No Mercy and a personal vendetta against Austin Theory, Dragon Lee is set to have an eventful week ahead. Fans are eagerly awaiting both events, anticipating high-octane action from the luchador.
