The Aftermath of a Backstage Confrontation Leads to Punk’s Release
In a surprising turn of events, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has announced the release of one of its marquee stars, CM Punk. This decision comes in the wake of a backstage altercation involving Punk and Jack Perry during the AEW All In event.
CM Punk, whose real name is Phillip Brooks, was suspended from AEW following the aforementioned confrontation. The incident garnered significant attention, prompting AEW to conduct a week-long internal investigation.
