AEW Collision’s Viewership Rises, But 18-49 Rating Takes a Dip

The “All In” Go-Home Episode Faces Stiff Competition

AEW’s Saturday night episode of “Collision” witnessed a surge in viewership, averaging 552,000 viewers on TNT, marking a 14.5% increase from the previous week. This is the highest viewership the show has garnered since July 29. Interestingly, this rise came despite “Collision” airing simultaneously with a NASCAR race on NBC, which pulled in an impressive 3.8 million viewers and a 0.56 rating in the 18-49 demographic. MLB on Fox also posed competition, averaging two million viewers with a 0.34 demo rating.

However, while the viewership was on the rise, the 18-49 demographic rating for “Collision” saw a decline, registering a 0.16 rating, down by 5.9% from the previous week. This is one of the lowest ratings the show has recorded to date, and notably, the lowest for an episode not coinciding with a WWE pay-per-view.

Following “Collision”, the “All In” countdown special managed to average 247,000 viewers and secured a 0.06 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

With college football set to dominate Saturday nights for the remainder of the year, “Collision” is poised to face even tougher competition in the coming weeks.
