Despite Suffering a Setback at SummerSlam, The Tribal Chief’s Reign Continues Unaffected

Roman Reigns retained the Undisputed Universal Title at SummerSlam, but not without sustaining an injury. Fans were naturally concerned about the condition of WWE’s top name, but it appears that the creative direction will remain unaffected.

According to Ringside News, Reigns was hurt early on in his SummerSlam match with Jey Uso. Despite the physical setback, the head of the table carried on with the match as planned. A tenured creative team member confirmed that Roman is injured, but it won’t change any plans for future matches.

Roman Reigns works an ultimate part-time schedule, and there needs to be more information on his next match. This gives him time to heal from whatever is bothering him. The report assures that Reigns is not dropping his titles over this injury, and the Bloodline saga is still in progress.

The news of Reigns’ injury status has been met with relief by fans, who appreciate his dedication and ability to stay healthy for so long.
