Wrestling Legend Ric Flair Recounts a Night with Mike Tyson That Left Him Questioning Reality
Ric Flair, the wrestling icon known as “The Nature Boy,” has never been shy about sharing tales from his wild past. Recently, he opened up about an unforgettable night with boxing legend Mike Tyson, a night so intense that Flair thought he had died.
The two have become business partners in the cannabis industry, and during a night in the Hamptons, they indulged to such an extent that Flair described it as a “cannabis coma.” He recalled the experience, saying, “I got so high with Mike [Tyson] one night in the Hamptons that I went into a cannabis coma. I actually thought I died.”
The experience was so intense that Flair found himself questioning his own existence, asking people to touch him to confirm he was still alive. He even called someone on the phone to verify his reality. The episode ended with Flair’s realization at three in the morning that he was indeed alive.
Flair’s recounting of the night provides a candid glimpse into the life of a man who has faced both kidney and heart-related issues, including a medically induced coma in 2017. His last match was a year ago, teaming with Andrade El Idolo against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.
