Logan Paul to Kickstart Summerslam Before Jetting Off to Brother’s Boxing Match
WWE’s biggest summer event, Summerslam, is all set to take place in Detroit’s Ford Field on August 5th. However, wrestling is one of many major events that night. Logan Paul, who is scheduled to participate in Summerslam, has a double booking as his brother, Jake Paul, is set to fight Nate Diaz in a boxing match in Dallas on the same day.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Logan Paul’s match against Ricochet will be the opening act of Summerslam. This arrangement should provide Logan enough time to catch a flight to Dallas and be present for his brother’s big fight. While Logan might miss the start of the boxing pay-per-view, he is expected to be there for Jake’s fight against Nate Diaz.
Interestingly, WWE had previously proposed an offer for Logan Paul and Nate Diaz to fight under their banner. However, Diaz declined the offer, not wanting to work with WWE. As the situation unfolds, it will be intriguing to see if Diaz’s stance changes in the future.
