Asuka’s triumphant victory over Bianca Belair at Night of Champions saw her crowned as the new RAW Women’s Champion. This week on SmackDown, Asuka made her presence felt on the Grayson Waller Effect, which quickly evolved into an unexpected segment.
IYO Sky made her entrance and confronted Asuka, leading to a heated exchange in Japanese. While the dialogue left fans puzzled, the two wrestlers were clearly in sync with each other’s words.
A fan fluent in Japanese provided a translation of Asuka and IYO Sky’s promo. Interestingly, they used a term that FOX might not have approved of, but since it wasn’t in English, it slipped through.
Iyo: “Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Miss Asuka, you sure are getting WAY too cocky! I win at Money in the Bank (points to briefcases), I will challenge for that title. Iyo Sky will become the NEW CHAMPION! So best regards.”
Asuka: “Child! Child! You know, little children are not allowed to be here!”
Iyo: “Shut up, you piece of sh*t!”
Asuka: “Stupid!”
Iyo: “Piece of sh*t!”
Asuka: “Stupid!”
This segment was certainly a spectacle, culminating in Bianca Belair’s entrance to assert that she’s not finished with Asuka. The reigning RAW Women’s Champion has proven to be a formidable force on SmackDown, and it’s clear that she’s capable of delivering surprises in any language.
