Heyman explains siding with Rollins—and buries Reigns, Punk, Cole, AEW, and more
Summary
– Paul Heyman says he turned on Reigns and Punk to align with Seth Rollins
– Calls Michael Cole a “JR lackey” and compares him to a Vegas hooker
– Takes shots at Vince McMahon, AEW, and CM Punk on Pat McAfee Show
Paul Heyman is back in full destruction mode, and he’s not sparing anyone.
Following his shocking betrayal of Roman Reigns and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41, Heyman appeared on The Pat McAfee Show to address his alignment with Seth Rollins—and took the opportunity to scorch the earth along the way.
Asked by Michael Cole how much Rollins paid him for the turn, Heyman fired back instantly: “About a dollar less than Vince McMahon used to pay you to be JR’s lackey.” He kept pushing, mocking Cole for never jumping to WCW, then made it personal: “So you’re just like the hooker on Las Vegas Boulevarde.”
Heyman didn’t stop with Cole. With AEW clearly in the crosshairs, he quipped, “I don’t see you going to Jacksonville anytime soon.” And when Cole confirmed he wouldn’t leave WWE, Heyman doubled down on the comparison, driving the segment into viral territory.
He also went after CM Punk, comparing him to Shannon Sharpe: “CM Punk does as much good to my reputation as Shannon Sharpe does to ESPN.”
Heyman described the decision to join forces with Seth Rollins as an unspoken connection: “When I handed him the chair. No words needed—we’re on the same wavelength.”
In typical Heyman fashion, the appearance was explosive, calculated, and layered in chaos. Nobody was safe from Reigns to AEW, and Heyman made it clear that his new allegiance with Rollins was only the beginning.
