Jey Uso is soaking in every moment during what he calls the biggest week of his career. In a new behind-the-scenes vlog, the WWE Superstar opened up about his mindset, goals, and personal growth heading into WrestleMania 41, where he’ll face Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
“It took me almost 10 years to even get on the main card,” Jey shared. “I’m humble with this. I just want to go first on Night One and set the tone.”
Sporting a tattoo of Proverbs 17:17, Jey revealed the deeper meaning behind the current story involving himself, his brother Jimmy, and Gunther. “A friend is made to love, brothers are made for adversity,” he said. “That’s what I’m feeling right now.”
After wrapping up his Raw appearances and media obligations, Jey arrives in Las Vegas and reflects on how far he’s come. “This room is crazy. Never had a room this nice before,” he said. “Fruits of the labor.”
Despite the magnitude of the match ahead, Jey remains grounded. “If it doesn’t go my way Saturday, it’s back of the line. I’m just enjoying the ride,” he admitted.
With WrestleMania 41 on the horizon, Jey Uso stays humble, hungry, and laser-focused on making the most of his shot at the top.
