Blanchard scores second win over Masha Slamovic as tensions build toward Rebellion
Summary
– Fatal Influence from NXT officially debuts in TNA, backing up Jacy Jayne
– Tessa Blanchard pins Masha Slamovic again in six-woman tag team main event
– Rosemary and Fallon Henley’s presence adds tension and outside interference
The Knockouts division got a serious shake-up during the April 3 episode of TNA iMPACT as NXT’s Fatal Influence made their presence fully felt. Jacy Jayne, accompanied by Jasmine Nix and Fallon Henley, joined forces with Tessa Blanchard in a six-woman tag team main event that turned into a chaotic battle.
The match saw Jayne and Nix target Masha Slamovic, the current Knockouts World Champion, after Jayne’s recent loss to her. With Slamovic teaming alongside Zia Brookside and LeLaiyn Lee, tensions were already high. Adding to the volatile mix was Rosemary, who lurked in the crowd, silently observing and potentially playing mind games with Brookside.
Fatal Influence used quick tags and strong teamwork throughout the contest to isolate their opponents. Meanwhile, Tessa Blanchard made her intentions clear—she’s coming for the Knockouts title. The bout hit a boiling point when Blanchard tagged herself in and took advantage of a distraction by Fallon Henley to pin Slamovic, giving her a second win over the champion in tag action.
As the dust settled, Slamovic was left fending off enemies on multiple fronts, while Blanchard positioned herself as the top contender heading into Rebellion. The Knockouts World Title picture has never been more crowded or dangerous.
