Uso teases star-studded walkout and name-drops Cardi B and Kendrick Lamar too
Summary
– Jey Uso says he wants a female rapper to join his WrestleMania 41 entrance
– He specifically mentions Sexyy Red and Cardi B as his top picks
– Sexyy Red previously declined a WWE deal but has appeared on NXT
Jey Uso may be stepping into the biggest match of his singles career at WrestleMania 41, but he’s also got some entrance ideas—and they’re as loud as his YEET chants. While appearing on the *Raw Recap* podcast, Jey was asked by Megan Morant who he’d like to walk him to the ring for his World Heavyweight Championship match against GUNTHER. His answer? He wants a female rapper to help set the tone.
“Cardi B. We out there in New York. You know what I’m saying?” Jey began before turning to another name in the WWE orbit: “Sexyy Red, you been down there a couple of times at NXT. You can YEET with me up here, too.”
Uso didn’t stop there—he also gave a shout-out to Kendrick Lamar, hinting that he’s open to a range of possibilities for the biggest walkout of his career. Still, it was clear from his tone that Sexyy Red was high on his list.
Sexyy Red’s wrestling presence has grown since her appearances on NXT programming. While she reportedly turned down a full-time deal with WWE in 2023, WrestleMania 41 is a different opportunity. With the show taking place on one of the grandest stages in sports and entertainment, it could be enough to bring her back for one night only.
For now, fans will have to wait and see if Sexyy Red joins forces with Main Event Jey Uso as he tries to dethrone The Ring General in Las Vegas.
