During Thursday’s live TNA Impact, Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich was confronted by NXT’s Cora Jade, who made her presence known with a sneak attack. Authority figure Santino Marella later confirmed that Slamovich would defend her title against Jade at the event, making it one of the marquee matches for Sacrifice.

A six-man tag match has also been set, featuring a mix of NXT and TNA talent. Wes Lee will team with Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe against The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel) and Ace Austin. The match was set in motion after Wentz and Miguel defeated Dupont and Igwe in a tag match on Impact, leading to Lee issuing the challenge.

Additionally, Nic Nemeth’s suspension from TNA will officially end at Sacrifice. After hitting Marella with a superkick, the former World Champion was written off television but has now confirmed his return for the March 14 event.

A Knockouts Tag Team Championship match was hinted at during Impact, with Spitfire’s Jody Threat and Dani Luna expected to defend against Ash by Elegance and Heather by Elegance. However, the match for the Sacrifice card has yet to be officially announced.
