AMC’s Mayfair Witches continues its second season with episode 6, Michaelmas, set to premiere on February 16. Walking Dead fans will recognize a familiar face as Callan McAuliffe, who played Alden in seasons 8-11, makes his debut as Abel Mayfair.

Mayfair Witches follows neurosurgeon Dr. Rowan Fielding, heir to a dynasty of powerful witches haunted by a sinister spirit. The series is led by showrunner Esta Spalding and executive producers Mark Johnson, Tom Williams, Michelle Ashford, and Christopher Rice.
McAuliffe’s recent work includes narrating Bomber: Terror of WWII on Apple TV, a guest role in Big Sky, and a starring role in The Duel on Tubi. He also appears in Him and Her on Prime Video, a drama about two strangers who connect when their landlines cross.
