WWE and TNA Wrestling have confirmed a multiyear deal that will see talent from both promotions regularly cross over. The partnership, announced on Thursday, marks a major shift in how the two companies collaborate, with WWE’s developmental brand NXT set to feature top TNA stars.
The crossover has already started taking shape, with TNA’s Joe Hendry and Jordynne Grace making high-profile NXT appearances in 2024. Hendry competed in an NXT Championship match, while Grace challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship at Battleground and made a surprise Royal Rumble appearance. Meanwhile, NXT stars Wes Lee, Charlie Dempsey, and Riley Osbourne have entered the TNA ring.
WWE senior vice president of talent development creative Shawn Michaels called the partnership an exciting opportunity to develop talent and enhance the viewer experience. NXT airs Tuesdays on The CW Network, while TNA iMPACT! airs weekly on AXS TV.
