– WWE has relocated to a new Global Headquarters, marking the end of an era

WWE’s original Stamford headquarters on Hamilton Avenue, a cornerstone of the company since 1985, has officially been sold. The property, including the 33,000-square-foot production studio and two adjacent parcels, was purchased by Darien-based development firm V20 Group for nearly $7.5 million.

The V20 Group, known for its extensive portfolio in lower Fairfield County, plans to repurpose the property into a high-end warehouse or distribution center. Officials confirmed that residential development is not part of their plans. The sale includes seven acres, spanning the WWE building and neighboring lots at 128 and 102 Hamilton Avenue.

This move coincides with WWE’s transition to a state-of-the-art Global Headquarters just a few miles away in Stamford. Fans recently got an inside look at the new facility, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the company.

The sale of the Hamilton Avenue property symbolizes the end of an era for WWE. Still, it also highlights the company’s evolution as it embraces the future while honoring its rich history.
