WWE has always pushed the envelope in professional wrestling, and its latest announcement showcases a fresh approach to developing future stars through a new indie wrestling initiative. WWE ID (WWE Independent Development™) is designed to support aspiring wrestlers from independent schools, providing them with a structured pathway toward a career in WWE. This program extends the company’s reach to the grassroots level, emphasizing its commitment to nurturing new talent and strengthening the independent wrestling scene.

Among the first to join the WWE ID initiative are Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling in Houston, Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory in Atlanta, and Seth Rollins’ Black and Brave Academy in Davenport, Iowa. The Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center in Concord, New Hampshire, and KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles will also carry the WWE ID designation.
