Nahnatchka Khan, who previously worked on Peacock’s “Young Rock” series and is the sister of WWE president Nick Khan, will serve as an executive producer and writer for “Laid.” Khan has an impressive resume, having written for shows like “American Dad,” “Fresh off the Boat,” and “Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23.” She also directed Ali Wong’s 2022 comedy special, “Don Wong.”

“Laid” tells the story of a woman who discovers all of her past lovers are dying in unusual ways. Described to Deadline as “a f*cked-up rom-com where the answer to ‘Why can’t I find love, is there something wrong with me?’ is a resounding: ‘Yes, there is.
