The episode was significant for featuring the debut of CMLL star Mistico, who squared off against Rocky Romero. However, in terms of ratings, Rampage secured a 0.11 in the 18-49 demographic, a drop of 21.4% from the prior week. This ties with the second-lowest rating the show has achieved since July 28.

A major factor in the ratings challenge was the MLB NLCS playoff game on TBS, which dominated television with a whopping 5.4 million viewers and a 1.30 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
