Fastlane Fallout Sees Ripley Teasing Roman Reigns in a Power Play
Rhea Ripley, undeniably one of WWE’s premier female superstars, is not one to shy away from making bold statements. A daring move marked her presence at WWE Fastlane as she took a playful jab at Roman Reigns. The WWE Women’s Champion, known for her fearless attitude, has consistently shown that she doesn’t differentiate between challenges from male or female competitors.
A significant twist in her ongoing storyline with Jey Uso was unveiled this past Friday. Ripley hinted at a potential alliance between the Judgment Day faction and the dominant Bloodline. During a segment on SmackDown, she audaciously told Paul Heyman to “acknowledge” her over Roman Reigns. This clearly signaled her intent to establish dominance and perhaps even challenge the “Tribal Chief” himself.
Further fueling the fire, WWE released a clip where Heyman appears to be on a call with Reigns during a match featuring John Cena and LA Knight against Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. Ripley should have taken advantage of the opportunity to poke fun at Reigns, suggesting on Twitter that he might not have a Peacock account to watch the event.
With Roman Reigns scheduled to appear on the upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the wrestling community is abuzz with anticipation. Will we witness a face-off between Reigns and Ripley? Only time will tell.
Does @WWERomanReigns not have a @peacock account? @TKOGrp can you hook the “Tribal Chief” up? 🤭 https://t.co/K6x0Jonjc2
