Nia Jax’s Rampage: Rodriguez Seeks Alliance with Ripley

Published on

A Common Enemy Might Forge Unexpected Bonds in the WWE Women’s Division

Nia Jax’s return to the WWE has been nothing short of tumultuous. The former “Raw” Women’s Champion has been on a tear, leaving a trail of chaos in her wake, especially within the women’s division. One of her notable targets has been the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, Raquel Rodriguez. The aftermath of Jax’s onslaught in September has kept Rodriguez sidelined, fueling a potential rivalry.

+Rodriguez, while reflecting on her recent challenges on “The Bump,” +Rodriguez lamented her near-victory against Rhea Ripley. “I was on the brink of victory against Rhea,” Rodriguez expressed, emphasizing her palpable desire for the title. However, her aspirations were abruptly halted when Jax stormed in, unleashing havoc on both Rodriguez and Ripley.

This interference robbed Rodriguez of a potential title win and highlighted a recurring pattern. Rodriguez’s attempts to face Ripley in a fair one-on-one bout have been consistently thwarted, often due to interventions from Ripley’s Judgment Day allies. Rodriguez’s frustrations are mounting with a 0-2 record against Ripley.

However, adversity often breeds unexpected alliances. Recognizing Jax’s shared threat, Rodriguez hinted at a possible collaboration with Ripley. “Rhea and I share a common adversary in Nia,” Rodriguez noted, suggesting that a truce might be on the horizon. The underlying hope is that both Rodriguez and Ripley can neutralize Jax by joining forces, paving the way for a fair showdown to determine the true champion.
