Seth Rollins Speaks Out on WWE Women’s Division’s Recent Showcasing

Published on

The Architect shares his thoughts on the current state of the women’s division and the potential for its future.

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins recently took a moment to share his insights on the current state of the WWE Women’s Division. Over the past few months, there’s been a noticeable shift in the way the division has been presented, and fans have been vocal about their concerns. Matches like Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus, which was initially slated for WWE Summerslam, were moved to WWE Payback. Additionally, notable stars like Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, and Ronda Rousey have been conspicuously absent from the ring.

During his appearance on WWE After the Bell, Rollins addressed these concerns. He acknowledged that there’s a palpable void in both the Raw and SmackDown women’s rosters. However, he also expressed optimism, sensing an undercurrent of anticipation from the WWE Universe. Fans are eager for fresh faces and storylines, and Rollins believes that the next breakout star could be just around the corner. He mentioned talents like Chelsea Green and Piper Niven as potential frontrunners to lead the division into its next chapter.

Rollins also praised Zoey Stark for her recent performance against Becky Lynch in the main event of Monday Night Raw. He believes that this match was a testament to the immense potential of the women’s division and hopes it serves as a catalyst for more opportunities in the future.

However, Rollins didn’t shy away from addressing the elephant in the room. He candidly stated that the women’s division has yet to be showcased to its full potential in the last six months. While he refrained from pointing fingers or naming names, he emphasized that this isn’t a gender-specific issue. Both male and female talents go through phases where they might not be in the spotlight as much as they’d like.

In the end, Rollins is hopeful for the future of the women’s division. He’s eager to see who will rise to the occasion, grab the proverbial brass ring, and lead the division into a new era of excellence.
