Tommaso Ciampa Approached for Team-Up; Johnny Gargano’s Whereabouts Discussed
Chelsea Green, who recently held the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles alongside Sonya Deville, is on a mission. With Deville sidelined due to an ACL injury, Green is now in search of her next tag team partner. She has initiated the “Chelsea’s Got Talent” auditions to find the perfect fit.
Ahead of WWE Raw on August 14, Green playfully approached Tommaso Ciampa, wondering if he’d be interested in teaming up. Ciampa, reflecting on his past successful tag team experiences, especially with Johnny Gargano, seemed intrigued. Gargano, however, has been conspicuously absent from WWE television since May 15. Addressing this, Green humorously advised Ciampa to put up “missing” signs for Gargano, a suggestion Ciampa seemed to appreciate.
While the whereabouts of Gargano remain a mystery, and his return to WWE TV is uncertain, Ciampa recently competed in a four-way bout for the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the August 7 episode of WWE Raw. Unfortunately for him, Chad Gable emerged as the victor. As for Chelsea Green’s search for the ideal tag team partner continues.
