AEW Dynamite’s episode on August 9th witnessed a slight decline in its viewership, according to data from Wrestlenomics. The episode drew an audience of 846,000, a drop from the 894,000 viewers who tuned in for the August 2nd episode, which marked the 200th episode of AEW Dynamite.
Despite the dip, the show’s performance in the 18 to 49 demographic remained strong, posting a 0.29 rating. This is a marginal decrease from the previous week’s 0.31 rating. Notably, AEW Dynamite secured the top spot among cable originals on August 9th.
The episode’s highlights included segments like “Better Than You Bay Bay,” which garnered 315k views on YouTube, and a confrontation between Sting, Darby Allin, and the Mogul Embassy, which attracted 208k views. Other notable segments featured Chris Jericho, RVD, and the Young Bucks.
