The Celtic Warrior shares his excitement and strategy for the upcoming SummerSlam Battle Royal
Sheamus, the Celtic Warrior, is all set for the upcoming SummerSlam Battle Royal and he couldn’t be more thrilled. In a recent interview with TNT Sports, the WWE superstar shared his thoughts and feelings about being a part of this epic showdown.
Sheamus expressed his excitement about getting in the ring with new talents, particularly those who are new to WWE. He mentioned his anticipation for his upcoming match on Friday Night SmackDown and the Battle Royal on Saturday. He also shared his respect for fellow wrestlers Shinsuke Nakamura, Tommaso Ciampa, and Chad Gable, who are also participating in the Battle Royal.
The Celtic Warrior also shared his strategy for the Battle Royal, stating that the key is to stay in the ring as long as possible. He acknowledged the added challenge of tag teams in the match, making it even more difficult for single competitors. He also pointed out that unlike UFC fights or boxing matches that occur every six months, WWE wrestlers are always prepared for different situations.
Sheamus concluded the interview by saying, “There’s no pain in this match, you get thrown over the top rope of the floor, that’s it, it’s over, you’re out. The trick is trying to stay in the ring as long as possible.”
