Otis and Chad Gable Open Up About Their Twitch Journey, Horror Movies, and More

In a recent episode of WWE’s After the Bell podcast, Otis and Chad Gable, the dynamic duo behind the Alpha Academy, opened up about their foray into the world of Twitch. The pair, known for their infectious energy and unique approach to wrestling, have been using the platform to connect with fans more personally and interactively.

During the podcast, Otis and Gable shared their experiences with Twitch, a platform they initially knew little about. “We just got word of the Twitch stuff and it started blowing up. And we’re like, well, we’ve talked about a long time, more ways to interact with the fans more and stuff like that. And the Twitch thing seems so cool, and so far, dude, it’s been awesome,” Otis shared.

The Alpha Academy’s Twitch channel, which can be found at Twitch.tv/thealphaacademy, offers fans a unique glimpse into their workout routines, Q&A sessions, and even potential watch-alongs of horror movies, a genre Otis is particularly fond of. “He wants to watch horror movies and do a watch along, so you kind of time them up together,” Gable mentioned.

The duo also expressed their openness to trying new activities on the platform. “We’re trying to grow it and add new dimensions to it, do different activities. So come on by, give us your ideas, and we’re open,” Gable added.

Despite their newfound love for Twitch, the pair remain committed to their wrestling careers and continue entertaining fans with their performances. As they continue to explore the world of Twitch, one thing is clear – the Alpha Academy is all about breaking barriers and connecting with fans in innovative ways.
