Riddle and Drew McIntyre’s Alliance Holds Strong Despite Challenges
In a recent episode of WWE Raw Talk, Matt Riddle, one-half of the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions, shared his thoughts on the night’s events. Despite not wrestling on Raw, Riddle’s presence was felt as he discussed the ongoing conflict with Imperium and his partnership with Drew McIntyre.
Ricochet, another WWE superstar, expressed his anticipation for his upcoming match with Logan Paul at SummerSlam. He stated, “Even though he was the one that attacked me from behind, he was the one that was laid out in the end. And at SummerSlam, things are gonna the exact same way. He’s gonna be the one laid out, and I’m gonna be the one walking away.”
Big Bronson Reed, fresh off another victory, was brimming with confidence. He warned Tommaso Ciampa, who had interfered in his business, to bring more to the table next time. Reed declared, “I keep on racking up those victories, and I’ve told you before that the tsunami is unbeatable.”
Riddle, reflecting on the night, described it as a “50-50” experience. Despite being powerbombed, he took solace in Drew McIntyre’s victory and the subsequent powerbombing of Gunther through a table. Riddle concluded, “I think things are going pretty good. And I was in Mexico and I bought these new jeans, which are pretty sweet, and like I said, 50-50 night. Have a good one, bro.”
