Former WWE Star Alicia Fox Discusses Her Journey and Future in Wrestling on Muscle Memory Podcast
Alicia Fox, now known as Vix Crow, recently sat down with MuscleManMalcolm on his podcast, “Muscle Memory,” to discuss her departure from WWE, her return to wrestling, and her thoughts on the current state of women’s wrestling.
During the interview, which took place at the Reality of Wrestling Summer of Champions event, Crow shared her excitement about returning to the ring. When asked if she was coming back to pro wrestling and specifically to Reality of Wrestling, she responded, “I’m going back to reality wrestling. I’m coming back to wrestling… it’s kind of a complex yes, but yes.”
Crow also discussed her transition from WWE to independent wrestling. She expressed that the transition was more of an internal struggle, questioning her last match and her performance. However, she also noted that she feels inspired in the independent sphere, where she has the freedom to create.
“It’s a weird transition just because of… I think it’s in my innermost self that’s strangely transitioning… I feel so inspired that like this is an independent sphere so like I can create here and it’s okay,” Crow said.
She also touched upon the sense of community in pro wrestling, particularly in the independent scene. Crow highlighted the difference in interactions with fans at signings, where she now has the opportunity to connect with many who are also wrestlers themselves.
“Most of the people that come to these shows are workers, wrestlers… I met so many great fans. I love being out of the [WWE] just because now I can do these other signings, I can talk and be with just be individuals,” she added.
As fans eagerly await her return to the ring, Crow’s candid discussion provides a fascinating insight into her journey and her perspective on the wrestling industry.
