NXT Loser Leaves Match Raises Questions About the Creed Brothers’ Destiny
WWE’s 2023 Draft brought several NXT Superstars to the main roster, but there are still surprises in store. Despite some top acts being left in NXT, the Creed Brothers find themselves in an intriguing position.
On the upcoming July 4th episode of NXT, the Dyad will face the Creed Brothers in a Loser Leaves NXT match. This outcome came as a surprise, considering the Dyad had previously requested their releases a couple of months ago.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter shed light on this situation in its latest issue, stating that while many have been informed that it’s part of an angle, the true story remains uncertain and will unfold in the coming weeks.
“That would be the impression everyone would have although internally they are keeping it quiet for the next week or so and some people directly involved have been told it’s all an angle, but that also could be people being told that to keep it from getting out.”
“I was told it would be clear in about ten days or two weeks what the real story is, but to the fans live, they certainly treated it like they were leaving. Everyone loves Julius Creed because of his size and the freak athletic things he can do. The thing is, they should either try to debut him as something special off the get-go and his talking is there now but he’s still green at other things, and I’d have waited until he was a finished package and to push him, and his brother, as superstars rather than just normal call-ups.”
The Creed Brothers possess immense potential and could be ready for a WWE main roster debut. Their capabilities and future actions on RAW or SmackDown are shrouded in speculation.
WWE faces the challenge of determining the Creed Brothers’ path. While they could continue as a prominent force in NXT, many believe they have the potential to become breakout stars on the main roster.
The coming weeks will provide clarity regarding the Creed Brothers’ fate. Whether they continue to thrive in NXT or make their mark on RAW or SmackDown, their journey in the WWE universe promises to be intriguing.
