Challenges Arise in Filling the AEW Double or Nothing Venue, Unveiling an Unfortunate Crowd Image
As AEW’s highly anticipated Double or Nothing event approaches in Las Vegas, the company is gearing up for a night full of excitement. However, it seems that filling all the seats in the T-Mobile Arena has posed some difficulties.
AEW faced hurdles in selling tickets for Double or Nothing, with reports even suggesting that tickets were being offered for free with the purchase of a burger and fries. The struggle to attract a substantial crowd was evident during the pre-show as well.
A fan shared a photo of the AEW Double or Nothing crowd on social media, revealing a rather sparse attendance. In fact, the fan claimed to have purchased a ticket for a mere $7 just outside the venue, securing a seat in the first level across from the ring. The fan also noted the lack of attendees on the other side of the arena during the pre-show.
While AEW has been busy with various ventures and has put effort into making Double or Nothing a focal point, some critics argue that this year’s build-up for their Las Vegas extravaganza might not have been as strong. The visual representation of the crowd turnout easily lends credence to such claims.
Despite the challenges faced in filling the venue, AEW remains committed to delivering an unforgettable event for the fans in attendance. With a stacked card and electrifying matches, they aim to captivate the audience and make Double or Nothing an unforgettable experience.
I literally just bought a ticket right outside the door for $7 and I’m sitting in the first level right across from the ring. The preshow is on and there’s no one on the other side.
