AEW Fight Forever Video Game Sets Release Date

Published on

Exciting news awaits AEW fans as the highly anticipated AEW Fight Forever video game has reportedly secured a release date. According to reports from Fightful Select, the game is slated to hit the market on June 27. Several retailers have allegedly informed Fightful about the late June release, and an official announcement regarding the game’s release date is expected within the next week.

Originally announced in November 2020, AEW’s video game has been generating significant buzz. Last year, fans were treated to the title of the game and glimpses of its gameplay through revealing videos. Originally planned for a 2022 release, the game encountered a delay. Earlier this year, Kenny Omega, an integral part of AEW and involved in the game’s development, explained that the content needed to be scaled down to secure a Teen rating from the ESRB. Fortunately, they were successful in achieving this objective.

Upon its release, AEW Fight Forever will be available on multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The game was developed by Yukes, known for its expertise in the wrestling gaming genre, with THQ Nordic taking on publishing duties.

As the release date draws near, AEW fans can anticipate an immersive gaming experience that brings the exhilarating world of All Elite Wrestling to their screens.
