Despite the end of the Stand & Deliver season and the upcoming Battleground event, fans appear to be taking a small break from “WWE NXT” as the latest ratings reveal a dip in overall viewership. Wrestlenomics reported that Tuesday night’s episode of “NXT” had an average of only 528,000 viewers, the lowest ever for “NXT” on USA. The P18-49 demographic remained unchanged from last week with 170,000 viewers. “NXT” ranked 18th overall in cable ratings, with NBA games dominating Tuesday night’s ratings.
These latest ratings are following a 20 percent drop in viewership for “Raw,” although it still managed to have its largest P18-49 audience since before the pandemic. On the other hand, “SmackDown” experienced a slight four percent increase in ratings for last week’s episode.
Grayson Waller’s victory in a Fatal Four-Way Match headlined the latest “NXT” episode, securing him a title match against “NXT” Champion Carmelo Hayes in the upcoming Spring Breakin’ special. Additionally, Cora Jade called out the women’s division after her attack on “NXT” Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell, and former champion Bron Breakker made a scene by interrupting Duke Hudson’s honor and tearing up a Chase U flag.
