Brian Cage Commits to AEW with a New Multi-Year Deal

Published on

In a recent turn of events, wrestling sensation Brian Cage has officially signed a multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Despite WWE’s rumored interest in him, Cage has decided to stick with Tony Khan’s company, where he has been working on a handshake deal for some time.

Cage’s team, The Embassy, had also retained their ROH Six Man Titles and merged with Swereve Scott on Rampage, leaving many fans wondering what was next for the wrestler. However, it has now been confirmed that Cage will remain with AEW and Ring of Honor (ROH) for the foreseeable future.

Tony Khan had made it clear that he wanted to keep Brian Cage and The Embassy as part of the AEW family for the long haul, and it appears that he has achieved just that. AEW has been working diligently over the past few weeks to solidify the deal, which was agreed upon in principle before creative work began with Swerve Strickland.

While WWE had shown interest in Cage, he ultimately chose to stay with AEW, where he feels he has a better chance of success and a less risky situation. Cage worked with an agent throughout the negotiation process, and several top talents pushed for him to re-sign with AEW.

With Cage’s future now secured, fans can continue to look forward to his electrifying performances in the ring, as he continues to be a major force in the world of professional wrestling.
