Rhea Ripley Debunks Rumors Surrounding Her WrestleMania Entrance

Published on

The pro wrestling industry’s most eagerly awaited event is WrestleMania, which fans worldwide eagerly await to witness their beloved WWE Superstars compete on the grandest stage. It is not only about wrestling but also the spectacle that accompanies it for many people. The Superstar entrance is one of the most unforgettable aspects of any WrestleMania, establishing the tone for the match and thrilling the audience for the upcoming excitement.

Over the years, there have been some unforgettable entrance performances at WrestleMania. Who can forget Motorhead performing “The Game” for Triple H at WrestleMania 21 or the Texas Southern University Marching Band playing Bianca Belair’s music at WrestleMania 38? Fans eagerly await each year to see what new spectacle will unfold before them.

Rumors were circulating this year that Rhea Ripley, who is scheduled to battle Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39, would have a live performance by Motionless In White. Nonetheless, these rumors are unfounded.

During an interview with Wrestling Inc., Rhea Ripley refuted these rumors and clarified that Motionless In White had already been scheduled for an event in Germany that was postponed due to the pandemic. As a result, it appears improbable that they will perform at WrestleMania. Nonetheless, Ripley did not exclude the possibility of a future collaboration with the band.

“They’re in Germany. They had a rescheduled COVID event so they couldn’t cancel again, so I don’t think we’re going to be seeing them tomorrow unfortunately, but maybe in the future. I’m trying to get it set up. I somehow got Chris Motionless to sing my song in the first place, so you never know what might happen,” she said.

After winning the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble, Rhea Ripley decided to challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, and she is slated to face Charlotte Flair on the first night of WrestleMania 39. Fans highly anticipate this match, as these two Superstars had previously collided at WrestleMania 36, and a rematch has been eagerly awaited.

It was previously speculated that the SmackDown Women’s Championship match would be the headlining bout for the first night of WrestleMania 39. However, according to our previous report, WWE might be considering the Undisputed Tag Team Championship match to conclude the first night instead. Nevertheless, whether it’s the SmackDown Women’s Championship match or the Tag Team Championship match that ends the night, spectators can be certain that WrestleMania will offer an unforgettable experience filled with thrill and spectacle.
