Carmella Makes Her Way to Los Angeles for WrestleMania 39

Published on

Carmella, who is regarded as one of the most underrated female competitors in WWE in the last few years, took a break last year to recover from a personal tragedy. However, she opened up about it a couple of months ago and has been seen at various WWE events since then.

The Princess of Staten Island appeared to be paired up with Chelsea Green to shake things up in the female tag team division. According to reports, WWE was planning to push the two as tag team competitors, and they were likely to make a major impact in the coming months. Unfortunately, Carmella was taken out of the situation and replaced by Sonya Deville.

Carmella had her last match on March 12th, where she participated in a 10-woman tag team match at a WWE live event in the iconic Madison Square Garden. However, fans observed that Piper Niven replaced her at multiple house shows.

Despite the rumors surrounding her future in WWE, Carmella took to Twitter to announce that she was in Los Angeles this week. Fans are speculating that she might be involved in the WrestleMania 39 festivities.

Carmella has been busy attending WWE-related events while in Los Angeles, including a Be A Star anti-bullying protest and a Make-A-Wish event. Behind Fightful’s paywall, Sean Sapp noted that Carmella, along with Titus O’Neil, Lacey Evans, Liv Morgan, Xavier Woods, and Lacey Taylor, will be attending a Be A Star rally.

Although there is no news about her return to the ring, Carmella is expected to make appearances this week in Los Angeles. Only time will tell what’s in store for the first-ever “Women’s Money in the Bank Winner.”
