The latest ratings are in for WWE NXT, and unfortunately, the numbers continue to drop. Tuesday’s episode, which focused on building towards the upcoming NXT Stand & Deliver event, drew an average of 550,000 viewers. This is a decrease from last week’s episode, which had 590,000 viewers, and marks the lowest audience NXT has had since December 6th.
In the important P18-49 key demo, NXT’s live broadcast on the USA Network also saw a decrease in ratings, averaging 0.12 compared to last week’s 0.15. The show ranked No. 29 for Tuesday cable originals, a significant fall from last week’s No. 19 spot.
The World Baseball Classic Final proved to be stiff competition for NXT, dominating the ratings and viewership on Tuesday with a 1.46 rating and 4.480 million viewers.
It’s worth noting that next week’s episode, which will serve as the go-home show for NXT Stand & Deliver, will be pre-taped. It remains to be seen if this change will have any impact on the show’s ratings, but NXT will need to turn things around if they hope to draw a larger audience for their highly anticipated event.
