As WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania 39, draws nearer, the company is still putting together its match card. During the latest episode of SmackDown, several matches were added to the upcoming premium live event. One match, in particular, has already had its participants decided upon.
WWE has booked two fatal four-way tag team matches for WrestleMania 39. In addition, one of the four women’s teams has been determined through a qualifier, with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeating Emma and Tegan Nox.
According to Wrestle Votes, the company plans to add Natalya and Shotzi, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, and Chelsea Green and Carmella to the showcase fatal four-way tag team match. The outlet previously reported on WWE’s plans for both the men’s and women’s tag bouts.
The teams will be officially announced on the road to WrestleMania. For the men’s fatal four-way tag team, WWE reportedly wants to feature Street Profits, The Alpha Academy, The Viking Raiders, and the team of Braun Strowman and Ricochet.
